We were incredibly impressed by the goal setting session Jenny ran for our business leaders. She helped them to see the potential of their businesses and led them through a practical session to shape their goals into a reality and to help their teams to do so too. She had thoroughly researched our business before the session and really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted so her session felt incredibly personalised. I loved the session and I am a big dreamer too so I think that’s why it resonated with me so much as I have forgotten to dream big over the last couple of years. I loved how the goal model was broken down into four stages and how they are all as important as each other. I recognised that lots of my team just haven’t found their beacon yet and that’s why they are not taking the right actions as the actions don’t have a purpose. It reminded me of what my beacon is and so I feel reinvigorated to take the right actions to help me to get where I want to be.
